Leadership Tomorrow (LT) is a community leadership organization that educates, inspires, connects, and catalyzes leaders from across Puget Sound who collaborate for collective impact.
Through our Flagship Program and alumni programming, we help public, private, and nonprofit leaders of all ages cultivate a deeper understanding of interconnected issues that shape our region.
Our 2,780 alumni are leaders in businesses, organizations, governments, boards, and commissions across Puget Sound where they leverage the power of their individual and collective voices for positive systemic change.
Cross-Sector Community
LT’s 10-month Flagship Program offers the opportunity to engage with leaders from outside your industry and sector. By working together to explore solutions to regional challenges, LT alumni build lifelong relationships with fellow leaders across the public, private, and nonprofit spheres while making our region a place where people from all communities and identities thrive.
Our Impact:
When our founders met in 1983 to discuss the details of what would later become Leadership Tomorrow, they sought to unite and equip a sustainable and growing community of next-generation leaders with deep regional knowledge, cross-sector relationships, and effective leadership skills who could, in turn, inspire and engage others in building a healthy, equitable, and just community for all.
Today, in a time of increasing polarity, that vision and Leadership Tomorrow’s work have never been more important.
